Activity 2022
The 36th ASPEDICON – Annual Conference of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics, Assam State Branch – was organized by the Department of Pediatrics in collaboration with IAP Assam State Branch and IAP Diphu Branch on January 29 and 30, 2022, at Arboretum Cum Craft Centre, Diphu, Karbi Anglong, Assam.
The Department of Anatomy organized the 4th ANSACON 2022, the 4th State Conference of the Anatomical Society of Assam, at Diphu Medical College, Diphu, from April 8 to 9, 2022. The theme of the scientific session was “Anatomy: The Backbone of Medical Science.” On the second day, a workshop was conducted on “The Basics of 3D Model Making for Undergraduate Students” for the delegates.
The Department of Surgery organized a Midterm CME 2022 of the Assam State Chapter of ASI on May 28, 2022, at Sarsing Teron Memorial Town Hall, Diphu.
The Department of Dermatology conducted MIDCUTICON NE States 2022, the 18th Mid-Year Meet of the Indian Association of Dermatologists, Venereologists, and Leprologists (NEIADVL), at Sarsing Teron Memorial Town Hall, Diphu, on May 29, 2022.
The Department of Medicine organized the XXXI Annual Conference of API, Assam Chapter (APICON, ASSAM 2022) at Diphu, Assam, from December 16 to 18, 2022, and unveiled the APICON Souvenir 2022 – “Rotnachalar Ologoni.”
